Hello dear friends, BRENSO. is back!
This 2024 summer break was great :)
We had a lot of fun, relax and time to think.
This moment allowed us to metabolise our path so far and to widely observe its positive and negative aspects.
This fall we decided to close the daily public restaurant service to evolve into a more horizontal food project. The world is beautiful because it’s diverse and we want to keep relying on variety as our source of energy and strength.
BRENSO. now is
- Private restaurant for events, workshops and cooking classes.
- Event planner and catering service, for private guests and businesses.
- Location can be rented for pop-up dinners or monthly projects, workshops and cooking classes.
We feel the traditional restaurant format is not anymore suitable for our goals:
- Empower a fair food value chain together with all the people involved in it.
- Looking for new format of Food and Beverage experiences that is able to enlarge the culture about our food system for the people that are not directly working into it.
- Involve our guests more into the comprehension of how the hospitality business works.
- Finding solutions to prevent food waste while providing tasty, beautiful and also healthy meals.
