Pet-Nat & Pasta Fresca
Join the collaboration between BRENSO and MITTON to get to know the art of handcrafting fresh pasta. The workshop will take place at MITTON Feinkostladen, located at Dienerstrasse 72, 8004 Zürich. We’ll begin at 18:00 with a traditional Italian aperitivo, featuring cheese, charcuterie, natural wine bubbles, and homemade sparkling kombucha, providing a chance to mingle with other participants. During the class, you’ll learn how to make fresh pasta dough by hand and shape it into various forms of stretched and filled pasta. At the end of the workshop, we’ll enjoy a communal tasting of the pasta we’ve created, served in the middle of the table, just like Italian nonnas would do.
